Video Editor Needed – Full-Time (Lahore)
Now this is real progress — 100% ➝ 44% is a big drop. But if your goal is to push it even lower, you’ll need to go one step further.
Right now, your content still has:
- Slight structure patterns
- Clean formatting
- “Explained” tone instead of “natural written” tone
So I’ll rewrite it one more time in a way that feels more like a real person casually writing a job post, not optimizing it too perfectly.
Video Editor Needed – Full-Time (Lahore)
We’re hiring a video editor.
Nothing fancy in terms of wording—we need someone who actually knows how to edit and can keep up with the work.
Most of what you’ll be doing is short-form content. Reels, TikToks, Shorts… the usual stuff that’s everywhere these days. If you’ve worked on this kind of content before, you already know the pace can be quick.
What the Work Is Like
To be honest, it’s not complicated—but it does require focus.
You’ll spend most of your time editing videos, cutting clips, fixing timing, adding captions, and making sure everything looks clean. Sometimes you’ll need to add effects or a bit of motion work, depending on the project.
Some days are easy. On other days, you might have a few deadlines at the same time. That’s just part of the job.
What You Should Know
If you’re applying, you probably already have the basics. Still, here’s what matters:
- You should be comfortable using Premiere Pro
- After Effects will help a lot (not required, but preferred)
- You should understand pacing—especially for short videos
- Basic English is important for captions and instructions
Also, if you’ve been using AI tools to speed things up, that’s actually useful here.
What Kind of Person Fits This Role
This part matters more than people think.
You’ll do well if you:
- Can work without someone constantly checking on you
- Don’t panic when deadlines get tight
- Pay attention to small details (timing, text, sound, etc.)
And honestly, reliability is a big deal. If you take on a task, just make sure it gets done.
Working With the Team
You won’t be working completely alone. There’s a team, and sometimes your work will need small changes.
That’s normal.
As long as you’re open to feedback and not overthinking it, you’ll be fine.
Location
This is an on-site job in Johar Town, Lahore.
So yeah—you’ll need to be able to come in regularly. If you’re planning to relocate, that works too.
How to Apply
No complicated steps.
Just send:
- Your portfolio
- A few examples of your work
That’s really all we need to see.
Final Note
If you enjoy editing and don’t mind working at a steady pace, this job can be a good fit.
It’s not super relaxed, but it’s also not overly complicated. You just need to be consistent and do clean work.
